PW 2910_Stone finish

Ritver Stone Finish is a durable, elegant stone effect finish formulated using natural stone and granite granules encapsulated in a unique acrylic resin system to provide natural beauty for your interior and exterior walls. It is extremely resistant to abrasion, mechanical shocks, and atmospheric pollutants. The product is especially designed to withstand the harsh climatic conditions of the Middle East.

Substrates: Cement plaster, masonry bricks, concrete, wood and properly primed metal.
Area of Use: Interiors/ Exteriors

Ensure that substrate is dry free of surface contaminants like oils, grease, release agents. For old concrete surfaces, remove laitance and other loose materials. Repair damaged surfaces with cement based fillers.

Apply using a Tile Gun (texture Gun) with nozzle orifice of minimum 3mm to maximum 8mm with variable air pressure control. Use a compressor that can deliver a constant air pressure of 100 psi (7 bar) to ensure uniformity of spray pattern.

The product is ready for application. It can be diluted with up to 5% of potable water depending on the texture desired. Apply a uniform 1 (one) cross coat using higher air pressure in-order to properly cover the substrate, followed by another cross coat at lower air pressure for the texture build. The size of texture depends on the air pressure and nozzle size used.

Do not apply the product in adverse weather conditions, like the temperature is below 10ºC or above 35C, when it is raining and the paint can get wet while it is not yet dried.

Under dry and cool condition, storage stability can be sound up to 12 months in original sealed containers.
HANDLING
Disposal: As per the guidance and legislations of the local Authority e.g. by controlled landfill. In case of doubt, consult local authority. Do not empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.
Flash Point: Not applicable
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapor or spray.

FIRST AID
Eyes: In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water immediately and obtain medical advice.
Skin: Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved industrial cleaner. DO NOT USE solvent or thinners.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air, loosen collar and keep patient rested.
Ingestion: In case of accidental ingestion DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Obtain immediate medical attention.
